Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Everest Outdoor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your outdoor apparel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
